MEET OUR Manager

Kevin

Hello! I’m Kevin, the manager at Flower Pots Chesham. I’ve dedicated about 10 years to early years management, bringing with me a total of 16 years in this wonderful field.

I began my journey with an apprenticeship and have since climbed the ladder, completing a management course as part of my early years training. I’ve had the joy of tutoring and assessing apprentices, guiding them in earning their qualifications and developing into room leaders and deputy managers.

My experiences in early years education have been diverse, ranging from supporting children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to introducing Montessori methods and forest school activities.

I’m truly passionate about early years education, aiming to foster growth and achieve the best outcomes for the children in our care, as well as the team I lead. Outside of the nursery, I cherish my time with my wife and two children, which inspires me to create a nurturing environment for our little ones.

I have loved working in childcare for over 15 years, with the last 7 spent at Flower Pots across a variety of different job roles. I’m Level 3 qualified and truly enjoy supporting children as they learn and grow into their unique personalities. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling, and attending various social events.

Our nursery benefits from two outdoor areas, including a rooftop garden for older children to enjoy. These spaces support physical development and give children opportunities to explore, move, and play in the fresh air.

Nursery Fees

Our Chesham nursery offers full-day sessions from 08:00 to 18:00, with flexible options for earlier starts from 07:30 and later collections up to 18:30.
We provide a range of funded childcare options, including support for younger children as well as 15 and 30 hours funding for 3 and 4-year-olds. Our team will be happy to talk you through the options available.
